1. Do we have to provide you with a drawing before you can quote or manufacture a part?
NO - if you have a pristine quality sample, our firm can reverse engineer, reproducing exactly the properties of the original part.
2. Will you hold parts in stock for us for future delivery?
YES - provided you give us fixed and firm order cover we will manufacture and stock parts for up to 12 months in advance and you can schedule deliveries at any time during the 12 months.
3. Why do you not show prices on your website?
All prices are batch critical and we can really only quote prices once we know the quantities you require either in the delivery batch or over a 12 months period.
4. Why are your prices so low and quality standards so high?
We only use in the manufacturing process the very latest CNC machine tools and all materials supplied are backed up by traceable quality certificates.
5. Do you overhaul Shoe Beams and Shoe Arms?
YES we do. We prefer to use the term "re-manufacture" as before returning the goods to our client all worn or damaged parts are replaced with new, pristine, high quality components.
6. Where are you located?
Our factory is in the North East of England and we deliver daily, on a 24 hour basis, to all parts of the United Kingdom and one of our team is always available to visit your depot and discuss in details your needs.
