Steel Distance Pieces

Machine in one operation on our multi axis machine tools, steel blanks to produce a product of high quality.

As the finished component is manufactured in one cycle all holes and other details are correctly aligned with no need for expensive jigs and fixtures. The cycle times are very quick and the delivery time to supply the finished parts is considerably reduced.

Cast Aluminium Distance Pieces - (As Shown)

Machine in one operation on our multi axis machine, the aluminium castings to produce a product of high quality . This gives all the advantages shown above for the Steel Distance pieces.

After machining and deburring the Aluminium Distance Pieces are fitted with high quality “Keenserts”. A wide range of these Distance Pieces held in stock for rapid despatch of completed parts on a 24 hour delivery.
