Using our modern range of CNC machine tools all bolts are manufactured from the specified grade of steel.

Next they are Electro Zinc Plated, then they have Unidirectional Glass Resin Impregnated Armature Banding tape wound on and are cured. Once curing is finished they are finally inspected before despatch to our clients for fitting onto a very wide range of bogies.
